This landmark building， one of the last designed by Goodhue， has a tall central tower, topped by a

Like the piers between the windows in the Nebraska State Capitol， these terminate in figural sculpture.
Other figurative sculpture decorates the entrances. Lee Lawrie was responsible for the bas reliefs and
statuary.
