競賽說明:
自1954年開辦的iF 設計大獎享有高度國際知名度,該獎項已被公認為全世界最重要的設計競賽之一,近年來每年皆吸引來自超過30個國家1,800多項產品參賽。由國際知名設計師組成的評審委員,不僅嚴格地查看並且選拔獲獎的參賽作品,同時保證iF的特殊地位和iF標誌的優質聲譽。
iF設計新秀獎是世界各地學生的最重要的設計獎之一,一年共舉辦兩次,今年2021年第二次的競賽有40國3900多件作品參賽,其中全球共有7件作品獲得年度大獎並頒發獎金。

設計概念:
Excessive emissions of carbon dioxide have led to increased global warming and extreme climate change, and nowadays industrialization is slowly affecting human health. This project uses biotechnology to decompose the excessive carbon dioxide emissions through the use of bacteria and genetically modified Pothos aurea, and through a new filtering design process combined with carbon capture technology to achieve a vision of sustainable resources and purified air quality.

設計概念:
The high infection rate of COVID-19 causes panic in society. People are worried about the risk of cluster infection and uncertainty movement when seeking medical attention in the hospital. It’s not only lowers the willingness of people’s hospital visits but also causes huge mental pressure on medical personnel. When people need to go to the hospital, social distancing shall still be maintained. It changes the process of face-to-face medical attention and generates a medical service of virtual medicine. The safety of seeing a doctor in the hospital can be affected through service design.

設計概念:
In Kenya, Africa, many cash crops are exported to other countries. However, the local resident’s results are not equivalent as their efforts. Therefore, the design of the vertical farming system serves to enhance the quality of life for the local residents. In addition to solving the problem of famine, a symbiotic environment has also been formed. In the hope of reviving local greening system and bringing the sustainable architecture to residents and creatures, the comprehensive design for the architecture and greening system would be our response to the call. The comprehensive design would allow the architecture and greening system to grow naturally without the need of excessive management and monitor. Then, it would use the divided layer to define the cash crops and animal life, and form a harmonious ecological building.

設計概念:
Due to the increase in ultraviolet radiation caused by the breaking of the greenhouse effect ozone layer in recent years, especially in countries and regions located between 30 degrees north and south latitudes of the equator, this design will be based on Schuster Park in Queensland, Australia. UV-resistant shielding space, and adopts a solar energy and green fluorescent protein to absorb ultraviolet module device, according to the increase and decrease of the UV index intensity, the device will open and close like a bionic flower, when the ultraviolet light is strong, it will become a pavilion to cover, night When the ultraviolet ray is weak, it becomes the installation art that will glow naturally.
